The school offers courses lasting 1-4 weeks for groups of students who have the same training objectives. The contents of the course can be agreed with the group, which should be as homogeneous as possible in terms of skills acquired, the objectives to be achieved and language levels.
The lessons can be held in Italian or in the language of the group, where that is different from Italian; in such cases, the school may contact an interpreter, whose cost will be borne by the group.

For cancellations delivered to the school by registered letter from the group at least 40 days before the planned beginning of the course, 50% of the amount deposited, excluding any bank or postal charges, will be refunded. After that deadline no refunds can be made.
In the case that the school decides to cancel the course, the whole amount paid, including bank or postal charges, will be refunded. Notification of any cancellation will in any case be made at least 40 days before the date agreed.
Some technical or cultural visits (workshops, companies, museums…) may be part of the teaching hours. Other cultural and extra-curricular visits can be organized at the request of the group, who will have to bear the cost of any transport, entrance tickets and/or guides.
The school supplies the materials needed for the lessons, including silver, other non-precious maetals and natural or synthetic stones. Precious materials such as gold, platinum, palladium and precious stones are excluded. The materials will be specified each time on the basis of the contents of the course. Tools for personal use are the participants’ responsibility – they can bring them with them or buy them in the city.
Alternatively, the school can supply a personal kit on payment of a deposit which will be refunded at the end of the lessons, after the complete kit has been returned.
The school will be reimbursed for damaged or lost tools.
