PREZIOSA YOUNG 2011 The first selection was made by Maria Criistina Bergesio, that chose 30 of the 180 participants to the contest. The international jury for the final selection had meet at inhorgenta fair, and was composed by: - Dr. Petra Hölscher, Oberkonservatorin senior curator, Die Neue Sammlung, München, Germany - Dr. Wolfang Lösche, Leiter der Abteilung Messen und Austellungen, Handwerkskultur, Formgebungsberatung, Akademie für Gestaltung, Galerie Handwerk, München, Germany - Dr. Barbara Schmidt, Leiterin der Akademie Akademie für Gestaltung Bildungszentrum München, Germany - The artist Helen Britton, München, Germany - Dr. Maria Cristina Bergesio, Art’s Critic, Firenze, Italy The jury had chose the 8 participants for the exhibition 2011, as follow: Dana Hakim (Italy), Sam Hamilton (Ireland), Hanna Hedman (Sweden), Lisa Juen (China), Heejoo Kim (South Korea), Seul-Gi Kwon (South Korea), Marie Pendariès (Spain), Elena Ruebel (Germany) The management of inhorgenta fair, partner of Preziosa Project, has decided to award a prize of a € 2.000,00 voucher for one of the participants, as a contribution for the rental of a booth at Inhorgenta 2012. Dr. Barbara Schmidt, in charge for the choice, indicated Heejoo Kim as the winner of the prize. The traveling exhibition PY2011 will be presented in Florence, form 6th to 23rd of October, then at inhorgenta 2012, in Hanau (Germany), in the Goldsmith's House, in March-April 2012, and in Poland, at Art Gallery in Legnica, in MAy 2012
