Cycle of lectures on contemporary jewellery

Le Arti Orafe, in partnership with the Museo Marino Marini and OMA (Osservatorio per i Mestieri d’Arte), and in collaboration with the Fiorgen Foundation, organizes the third cycle of lectures dedicated to the history of contemporary jewellery understood as an art form.
The lectures will be held at the Museo Marino Marini, piazza San Pancrazio, Firenze at 5pm, with the following programme:
26 March meeting with Philip Sajet “Desiderio e Avarizia”
9 April “Elogio del dettaglio”.
Jewellery in art, from antiquity to the Renaissance.
30 April meeting with Xavier Ines Monclùs “Narrative Jewellery”
The lectures and meetings can be attended by anyone, will last about 2 hours and will be illustrated with projected images.
