Premiato nostro ex studente ad Inhorgenta 2009. Il nostro ex allievo Taisuke Nakada, che già era stato selezionato per partecipare alla sezione "BRAND NEW", è stato premiato tra quanti hanno preso parte al "DESIGN PODIUM", con la seguente motivazione: Taisuke Nakada,(Jewellery Prize): The jury was fascinated by the stillness and contemplative expression of the layered rings. The traditional Asian mokume technique is transferred in a contemporary context. The leitmotiv is repetition: repetition of the layering, repetition of colour and a repetitive change between a strong and a softer metal. In the ring material and process incorporate an energy which provides support to the wearer. The ring reflects the circle of everyday`s live in the tension between a stronger and a softer momentum. |
